Meet Megan I. Livermore

Attorney/Of Counsel

Megan is an experienced business attorney and litigator. She combines her entrepreneurial knowledge—having helped launch a successful tech company from start-up to an $80 million IPO—with 15 years spent practicing law. Megan offers a full-service approach to business clients through strategic planning, intellectual property management, navigating customer and vendor relationships, and litigating business disputes. She especially enjoys working with entrepreneurs and emerging businesses and has cultivated a successful cannabis law practice. Megan also represents clients in commercial and residential real estate transactions.

BACKGROUND

Born and raised in Eugene, Megan enjoys practicing law in her hometown. When not in the office, Megan spends time with her partner, Liz, and dogs on hikes in the Pacific Northwest, exploring the vast beauty Oregon has to offer.
