Meet Patrick L. Stevens

Attorney/Shareholder

Patrick has developed an active practice focusing primarily on complex business transactions, employment issues, construction matters, and creditor’s rights litigation in both state and federal court.  He has over fifteen years of experience successfully representing many community banks, regional credit unions and sophisticated business clients in their loan transactions, litigation cases, employment claims and creditor focused bankruptcy matters.  Patrick has worked on large-scale business sale transactions, contract and construction law disputes, employment litigation, as well as, extensive experience as creditor’s bankruptcy counsel.  He enjoys working on complex matters with clients on a goal-oriented approach centered on practical and effective resolutions.  He is admitted to practice in all Oregon courts including the District of Oregon Federal Court and the District of Oregon Bankruptcy Court.

BACKGROUND

Patrick is an avid runner and outdoorsman. Along with his three children, he enjoys various outdoor activities such as snow skiing, mountain biking and trail runs.
