About Patrick

Patrick has spent nearly two decades successfully representing many community banks, regional credit unions, and sophisticated business clients in their loan transactions, litigation cases, employment claims, and creditor-focused bankruptcy matters. Patrick has worked on large-scale business sale transactions, contract and construction law disputes, employment litigation and has extensive experience serving as a creditors’ bankruptcy counsel. Patrick has a goal-oriented approach to his work, centered on practical and effective resolutions. He is admitted to practice in all Oregon courts, including the District of Oregon Federal Court and the District of Oregon Bankruptcy Court.

Patrick is an avid runner and outdoorsman. Along with his three children, he enjoys skiing, mountain biking, surfing, and trail runs. Patrick also gives back to the Eugene and legal community through volunteerism.
