Templin v. ODOT. As co-counsel with Andrea Coit, Emily represented Plaintiff in a “whistleblowing” claim against ODOT. After a two-week trial and hour-long deliberation, a 12-member jury returned a unanimous verdict for client and a $1.4 million award.
