About Paul

Paul’s practice focuses primarily on the overlapping areas of family law (divorce, custody, support, complex asset division, etc.), real estate disputes, and business disputes. Efficient resolution of any dispute is always Paul’s goal, but with significant trial experience, he does not shy away from the courtroom if a case simply cannot be settled.

Born and raised in Iowa, Paul’s Midwest work ethic is present in his legal practice. Putting himself through college by building houses and working on his family’s farm, Paul moved to Eugene to attend the University of Oregon Law School and to enjoy the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest. When he’s not in the office or the courtroom, you can usually find him on his surfboard, mountain bike, or backcountry skis, alongside his wife, Raychel, and his two rescue dogs.
