About Liam
Liam is a skilled advocate and has successfully litigated dozens of complex lawsuits in state and federal courts. He has considerable experience in advising clients on resolving property disputes, complying with environmental laws and regulations, and numerous other matters pertaining to real property, construction, and land use issues. He especially relishes the opportunity to litigate or negotiate satisfactory solutions to convoluted and contentious disputes. Liam has developed a depth of experience in appellate matters and regularly appears on behalf of clients before the state Land Use Board of Appeals and the Oregon Court of Appeals.
Liam has lived in Oregon since 1987 and embraces all of the cultural, recreational, and scenic wonders in Lane county and this beautiful state. Liam loves to raft rivers, fish, hunt, paint, scuba dive, ski, hike, and cycle as much as he can with friends and family. His love of the great outdoors and the natural world sustains him in his practice of law, which he undertakes with care, compassion, dedication, and inclusion for all his clients, whether they be savvy business people or first-time homebuyers.
