About Rogelio
Rogelio’s practice is primarily focused on family matters. He also represents parties in family abuse and stalking protective order cases, as well as in criminal law matters. His local community involvement includes serving as president of the Active 20/30 Club of Eugene and as a member the Eugene Active 20/30 Club Foundation Board. He continues to support the club and community through his volunteer work.
Rogelio was born in Southern California and moved to Klamath Falls, Oregon at age 11. He attended OIT, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in health sciences. After graduation, he moved to Portland and began working for a medical equipment provider. He moved to Eugene in 2004 to attend law school and grew to really appreciate all the benefits the Willamette Valley has to offer. Rogelio spends his time out of the office teaching SCUBA as a PADI staff instructor with Eugene Skin Divers Supply. On the weekends, you can find him under water at the coast or clearing brush at his home in the country.

Representative Cases
Successfully argued that custody should be modified and awarded to father and authorization for the child to move from Oregon to Florida, when mother had spent eight years attempting to sabotage the relationship between father and child.
Successfully defended a challenge to a Petition for Protective Order, resulting in a supervised parenting plan for the adverse party. Also, litigated the associated family law case to secure custody for mother and supervised parenting time for father.
